If you need to make a return, please review the following terms. This policy applies to all customers in the United States.
- Returns of unopened products in their original packaging are accepted within 15 days of purchase for exchange, store credit, or refund. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after 15 days.
- Opened products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
